1.Residential/ Maid Services
Service Agreement lists all cleaning tasks in detail.
* Please note- Residentail cleaning entails a 2 step process, starting with the First Time Clean. Unless the home has been professionally cleaned within 2 previous weeks, a thicker layer of dust, dirt and grime builds up on all surfaces. Scrubbing, disnfecting and elimintaing these grimy surfaces therefore requires more work than usual. The first cleaning therefore always takes longer.
From then on, regular Maintenance Cleaning covers all areas of the house on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
2.Vacation Rentals:
Busy property managers need to ensure that vacant properties are presented to potential tenants in the best condition. Our experience means that we know how to help you present your properties in the best light.
3.Construction- Renovation and New Builds
Prepare an area for renovation, or finalize your finishing with dust /debris removal, nail removal, window cleaning, full sweeping and other post construction cleaning.
4.Window Washing:
Bring the sparkle back to your view with window washing services. Note that we do not clean windows at more than 2 stories.
5. Wall Washing
Fingerprints and food marks are some of the things that show on walls after time, and spot-cleaning can often draw even more attention to these areas. Try our FULL Wall Washing instead.
6. Move Ins/Out
Be sure that your new space is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and ready for a new chapter.
7. Spring Cleaning- not just for Spring.
Includes cleaning out/Sanitizing Cupboards, Shelves, junk removal and More.
8. Spacial Organization
Using a system that allows you to organize without throwing away (if required.)
How do I start?
One of us will meet with you to determine your needs and to complete a walk-through of your space. Our Service terms will be provided, we will review the cleaning list, and finally ,schedule your first cleaning day.
After 3 months of using our services, cleanings are pre-paid in monthly terms and are non-refundable in case of cancellation within 2 weeks or less. This ensures that we have regular, steady jobs and that our Customers receive uninterrupted service from the happy cleaner.

YOUR INVESTMENT
All prices Include supplies, however we may use your own supplies in some cases, such as specialty polishes, hardwood floor cleaners and biodegradeable cleaners.
Our price is $25.00 per hour ( One Cleaner ) and $50.00 per hour for Team Cleaning.
